T O P I C R E V I E WAnastasiyaEnchantedSo say that a man has a sagittarius moon but in synastry there arent any sigificant aspects to his moon, but what if the other partner (female) is sagittarius domininant (i.e has a lot of planets in sag or has a strong jupiter) would he still be attracted to her even if she is not making any aspects to his moon but is symbolically representing what he finds attractive? BelageYes. However, lack of contacts may indicate a relationship that never quite gets off the ground. Lotis WhiteIt can work if she makes aspects to other parts of his chart with her Sag planets. It does not have to be his Moon, he just needs to feel that she has that Sag energy style in her chart. Aspects are always needed in synastry for there to be attraction at all. It's the same for symbolism matches to the 5th, 7th, and 8th houses that don't actually involve overlays to those houses. If a person has Saturn in the 7th house they could be attracted to a partner with Capricorn planets (not falling into their 7th house) so long as those Cap planets aspect their chart in some way. That way they can feel their partner's Cap energy in an almost tangible way, and are able to respond to them accordingly. I mean this guy with Sag Moon wouldn't be attracted to every single women in the world that has Sag planets. That's just dumb. But he's more likely to be attracted if her Sag planets aspect his chart (and even then there's no guarantees because synastry is complicated and are several factors to consider, not just the gender planets like Sun, Moon, Venus, and Mars).
